  • What is the processing time for my order?

For ready-to-ship items, the processing time is typically 1-2 business days. In some cases your items can go out the same day the order is received.

  • What is the processing time for pre-orders and custom items?     
    Pre-orders typically take 7-10 business days to process, while custom items require 4-5 weeks for completion.

 

 

  • Does processing include Weekends and Holidays?

No, processing does not include Weekends or Holidays. If an order is placed on a Weekend or Holiday, the processing timeframe will begin on the next business day.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the U.S. and 7-15 business days for international orders

How can I track my order?

We will send tracking information to the email address associated with your order once the item has shipped.

 

Do my order require a signature confirmation?

Signature confirmation is required when a order is equal to or greater than $200.00 dollars. It can also be required on some custom products depending on the retail value amount.


 

There is a delay with my shipment?

Unfortunately, shipping delays are beyond our control. Once your package is handed over to USPS, we cannot be held responsible for any delays that may occur. Please contact USPS customer service number regarding any delays.

My package shows an attempted delivery. How can I retrieve it?”

If your package shows an attempted delivery, you can typically retrieve it by contacting your local USPS office. They may attempt redelivery or hold the package for pickup. You can also visit the USPS website or use the notice left by the courier to schedule a redelivery at a time that works for you.

What materials are used in your jewelry?

Our jewelry is made using 925 sterling silver, stainless steel, or brass material, and the stones used are high-quality cubic zirconia.

 

How can I check my size?

Will the metal or finish tarnish over time? If so how can I prevent it?

Over time, metals like 925 sterling silver and brass may naturally tarnish due to exposure to air and moisture. To minimize this, store your jewelry in a dry, airtight container and avoid contact with water, lotions, or perfumes. Which jewelry is considered waterproof?

Jewelry made from stainless steel is generally considered waterproof, as this metal is highly resistant to rust and corrosion when exposed to water. Stainless steel and 925 sterling silver are generally considered safer for sensitive skin.

 

 

 Cancellations & Returns
Can I cancel or change my order once it has been placed?

You may cancel your order within two hours of placement, provided it has NOT YET been shipped. Please note that custom orders CANNOT be canceled or modified once they have been placed. We kindly ask that you carefully review your order before submitting payment.

 

Can I exchange my items?

We offer a seven-calendar-day window from the date of delivery for you to request a return or exchange of your product. Should the product you wish to exchange be unavailable or out of stock at the time of your request, we will issue a store credit for the value of the item, excluding any applicable shipping fees.

Please ensure that your return request is submitted within the specified timeframe to be eligible for an exchange or store credit. 

 

Can I return an item?

We offer a 7-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within seven calendar days of your order’s confirmed delivery.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition—unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. A proof of purchase is also required. Please be aware that returns are eligible for an e-gift card (store credit) ONLY, which will be issued for the purchase amount, excluding any shipping, discount and tax fees.

 

What items are non-refundable/returnable?
Certain types of items cannot be returned, and are ineligible for a refund/store credit of any kind.

    How can I get a refund?

    Regrettably, we do not offer refunds unless the issue is due to an error on our part. We kindly ask that you inspect your items upon receipt and contact us immediately if you receive a damaged, defective, missing or incorrect item. To be eligible for a refund, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

     

    If you contact us after 48 hours but within the 7-day return window, you will be eligible for a store credit only.

    Are you looking for brand ambassadors or brand affiliates?

    We will be looking for brand affiliates soon who we hope later on down the line will become our personal brand ambassador.

     

    What is the difference between Brand ambassador and Brand affiliate?

    Relationship: Typically a more flexible and casual arrangement. Affiliates do not have to be exclusive to one brand and may promote multiple brands simultaneously.

    Compensation: Payment is usually commission-based, depending on the sales or leads they bring in.

    Commitment: Affiliates usually have less involvement in the brand’s marketing strategy and promote products through their personal platforms as they see fit.

     

    2. Brand Ambassador

    Role: Brand ambassadors represent a brand in a more formal, ongoing capacity. They embody the brand’s values and often create consistent, branded content, attend events, or engage with the community on behalf of the brand.

    Relationship: A closer, more structured partnership. Ambassadors may have exclusivity agreements and are often seen as extensions of the brand.

    Compensation: Payment can be more varied, including flat fees, free products, or long-term contracts. It may also include performance-based incentives.

    Commitment: A more involved and long-term relationship. Ambassadors typically follow specific brand guidelines and are required to maintain a certain level of engagement.

     

    Do you offer pay in 4 options?

    Yes, at checkout you will have the option to choose between After Pay, Klarna, Sezzle, or Zip payments.

     

    Can I order as a gift for someone else?

    When ordering as a gift for someone please leave us a note, be sure to enter in your email address to receive all summary information but enter in the recipient’s name and shipping information. Let us know if you prefer to keep all prices and receipts out of the package.
